Cooper’s Concessions & Café Services is owned and operated by Anthony Cooper, who is a licensed vendor for the State of California Department of Rehabilitation’s Business Enterprise Program.  BEP assists the blind and visually impaired in setting up and operating food service operations in state and federal buildings, other local county and city government buildings, as well as within some private corporate entities within the State of California.
